Our event venue has a True Country Atmosphere nestled in the charming community of Charleston. This is the premier North East Texas Event Venue to host your big day with many amenities. Our staff will go out of their way to make your wedding day very special. From the spacious bridal suite to the elegant staircase coming down from the 2nd floor, this Venue is simply stunning!
Charleston Sky welcomes outside vendors for most services at no additional fee. We do offer vendor referrals based on our own positive experiences, upon request.
14 Hour Rental With Venue Manager On Site
March – June, September – December
Saturday $3,800 (14 hours)
Friday $3,000 (14 hours)
Sunday $2,800 (13 hours)
Mon – Thurs $2,200 (12 hours)
January, February, July, August
Saturday $3,000 (14 hours)
Friday $2,650 (14 hours)
Sunday $2,400 (13 hours)
Mon – Thurs $2,000 (12 hours)
Micro-Weddings for up to 50 guests:
Mon – Thurs $1,750 (8 hours)
14 hour (Fri/Sat) rental with Venue Manager on site
$250 per hour for each additional hour
Margarita Machine $150 – includes mixes, 9 oz. drink cups (you bring the alcohol!)
Bartender Fee $150 per bartender (5 hour minimum) – If you are serving alcohol, a CSky Bartender is needed 1 hour before the bar opens, until 1 hour after the bar closes, through cleanup. A second bartender is recommended if you have over 150 guests.
Security Officer Fee $225 (5 hour minimum) – A CSky Security Officer is required, even if alcohol is not served. Security’s time begins after the ceremony ends, and goes to 1 hour after the reception ends, through cleanup.
Host pays Bartender & Security on the event date, before the event starts.
